Valuables missing from women footballers' luggage at Dhaka airport

Money and other valuables of some team members of Bangladesh women's football have been stolen from their luggage at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka.



Money and other valuables of some team members of Bangladesh women's football have been stolen from their luggage at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka.
They discovered it on Wednesday night, the team coach Golam Rabbani Chhoton confirmed.
Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) informed the matter to the airport authorities on Thursday.
Coach Chhoton said, "Money and other valuables of some team members, including Krishna Rani Sarkar and Shamsunnahar, have been stolen from their luggage. Locks have found also found broken of some footballers."
It was learnt that the luggage of the women's footballers were sent to the Bangladesh Football Federation bhaban from the airport on Thursday night.
When the SAFF champions returned the BFF bhaban after four-hour long road show, they discovered that their cash money and the valuables were missing.
