Rangpur, Apr 30 - A Rangpur court on Sunday put police constable Masud Rana on one-day remand in a case filed over the abduction, assault and ransom demand of a youth from his house.

Senior Judicial Magistrate Court-1 Judge SM Shafiqul Islam Sagar granted a one-day remand to Masud Rana following the investigation officer of the case SI Khairul Bashar’s request for five-day remand.
