The Traffic Division of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has filed 2,594 cases over the past two days for various traffic violations across the capital. The crackdown, conducted on Sunday and Monday, also led to the seizure of 206 vehicles and the towing of 63 others, according to DMP’s DC Media, Talebur Rahman.

The authorities have reaffirmed their commitment to ongoing enforcement efforts, aiming to restore discipline and order on Dhaka's congested roads. The DMP's Traffic Division has pledged to continue these drives to ensure stricter adherence to traffic laws.
