A three-member delegation from the Bangladesh Film Archive is currently attending the FIAF Congress 2025, taking place in Montreal, Canada.

The Bangladesh delegation is being led by Information and Broadcasting Secretary Mahbuba Farjana, according to a handout from the PID.

The International Federation of Film Archives (FIAF) Congress, which ran from April 27 to May 2, brought together global representatives to discuss film preservation and archival practices.

During the congress, the team is participating in various key sessions, including a seminar, a regional meeting, and the Second Century Forum, contributing to global conversations on film preservations and archival best practices, reports UNB.
