Commemorating the deaths of the Palestinian citizens in Israel attacks, Bangladesh will observe one-day state mourning on Saturday.

Commemorating the deaths of the Palestinian citizens in Israel attacks, Bangladesh will observe one-day state mourning on Saturday.

"The government decided that state mourning will be observed for the Palestinians, killed by the barbaric attacks of Israeli occupation forces in different areas of Palestine, including Gaza," said a Cabinet Division notification here today.

On the occasion, special prayers will be offered at all the mosques across the country after Jummah prayers tomorrow and other worship places, seeking eternal peace of the departed souls and quick recovery of the injured Palestinians.

On Saturday, the national flag will be hoisted at half-mast in front of the offices of all government, semi-government and autonomous bodies, educational institutions and all government and private buildings across the country and Bangladesh missions abroad.
