OIC Secy-Gen Receives the Consul General of BD in Jeddah
Hissein Brahim Taha, secretary general of OIC received Bangladesh Consul General Miah Md Mainul Kabir in Jeddah on Monday.
Jeddah, 21 October, 2024 - Hissein Brahim Taha, Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), received on Sunday, 20 October 2024, at the headquarters of the General Secretariat, H.E. Miah Md Mainul Kabir, Consul General of Bangladesh in Jeddah and the Alternate Permanent Representative of Bangladesh to the OIC.
During the meeting, the two sides expressed appreciation for the ties of cooperation between the OIC and Bangladesh and discussed prospects for strengthening dialogue and cooperation in various fields. They also exchanged views on issues of common interest, particularly the situation of the Rohingya. - OIC News
