Trump Expresses Confidence in Advancing U.S.-Bangladesh Ties

US President Donald Trump has extended his warm greetings to Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus and the people of Bangladesh on the occasion of their Independence Day.

In a message to the Bangladesh Chief Adviser, President Trump wished for a happy Independence Day and emphasized the current moment as an opportunity for Bangladesh to strengthen its democracy, foster economic progress, and enhance security.

“The United States looks forward to continuing our partnership in this decisive year,” Trump stated, expressing confidence in advancing bilateral economic development. He also highlighted the importance of working together to promote regional security in the Indo-Pacific.

“On this Independence Day, please accept my sincere best wishes to you and the people of Bangladesh,” President Trump concluded.
