Mohammad Humayun Kabir, First Secretary (Trade Promotion and Culture), also briefed them on the trade scenario between the countries.

Later, Dr. Pramod Jaiswal, Research Director, Nepal Institute for International Cooperation and Engagement, a prominent think tank of Nepal, held a discussion session on 'Nepal's foreign policy and its relationship with Bangladesh'.
