Bangladesh, Qatar ink deal on armed forces deputation

A historic agreement for appointment on deputation of members of the armed forces between Bangladesh and Qatar was signed in Doha, marking a new milestone in defense cooperation between the two nations.


The agreement was signed by Lieutenant General S M Kamrul Hassan of the Armed Forces Division of Bangladesh and Chief of Staff of Qatar Armed Forces Lieutenant General (Pilot) Jassim bin Mohammed Al Mannai.

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) in a press release confirmed the signing of the agreement, reports BSS.
