13 New Dengue Cases Reported in Last 24hrs

Thirteen new dengue cases were reported in the 24 hours leading up to Saturday morning, bringing the total number of cases this year to 1,811, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).

The new cases include four in Dhaka Division (outside the City Corporation), three in Khulna Division (outside the City Corporation), two in Barishal Division (outside the City Corporation), and four in Dhaka South City Corporation.

The number of deaths remains unchanged at 13, with no new fatalities reported during this period. Currently, 92 dengue patients are being treated in hospitals across the country.

Last year, dengue claimed 575 lives, with 101,214 reported cases and 100,040 recoveries, according to the DGHS.
