Kuakata tourist police have warned visitors to avoid sea beach as the sea remain rough due to the impact of a depression in the Bay.

Kuakata tourist police have warned visitors to avoid sea beach as the sea remain rough due to the impact of a depression in the Bay.
They have been warning the tourists through loud speaker from Monday morning.
Some of the visitors are staying at their respective hotels due to torrential rains.
Tourist police Kuakata zone's assistant police inspector Hasnayeen Parvez said," Some of the visitors are seen bathing into the rough sea. We are warning them through loud speaker. Our team are patrolling the risky points."
The land depression over south Madhya Pradesh moved west-northwestwards and is likely to weaken gradually, said the weather department on Monday.
Maritime ports of Chattogram, Cox’s Bazar, Mongla and Payra have been advised to keep hoisted local cautionary signal No 3.
"All fishing boats and trawlers in the North Bay have been advised to remain close to the coast and proceed with caution until further notice," the department said.
They are also advised not to venture into the deep sea, it added.
