Two cocktails explode in Chatmohar

At least two cocktails exploded in front of a business farm of a BNP leader in Chatmohar of Pabna on Tuesday night.



At least two cocktails exploded in front of a business farm of a BNP leader in Chatmohar of Pabna on Tuesday night.

Police also recovered four unexploded cocktails from the spot.

The incident took place around 9.00pm in Afratpara area of Chatmohar municipality.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Chatmohar Thana Jalal Uddin said BNP men were holding a secret meeting inside the business farm of Hasadul Islam Hira. Being informed, a team of police conducted a drive there but the BNP men fled the spot, blasting two cocktails. 

BNP leader Hasadul Islam Hira denied the allegation.
