The authorities have issued a nine-day ban on tourists for entry to Baikka Beel of Hail haor.



The authorities have issued a nine-day ban on tourists for entry to Baikka Beel of Hail haor, one of the spectacular spots in Sreemangal upazila of Moulvibazar.
The ban, which will remain enforced until January 3 next year, was issued yesterday for doing some repair work of the establishments built there.
Sreemangal Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Ali Rajib Mahmud Mithun revealed the information.
Baikka Beel is a sanctuary for birds and fish.
