Winter clothes distributed among 4000 poor people in Kalapara

Patuakhali: Winter clothes have been distributed among helpless and distressed people in Kalapara of Patuakhali. Fatema Akhter Rekha, wife of the state minister and convenor of the Upazila Women's Awami League, officially inaugurated the distribution program by distributing winter clothes to the poor people at Lalua Union of the upazila on behalf of the family of the State Minister of Disaster Management and Relief Md. Mohibbur Rahman.
Upazila Awami League Secretary Bir Muktijodha Abdul Motaleb Talukdar, District Awami League Vice President Principal Syed Nasir Uddin, Upazila Awami League Vice President Principal Shahidul Islam Biswas, Joint Secretary Principal Manjurul Alam, Kalapara Police Station OC Md. Ali Ahmed and others were present at that time.
Upazila Awami League office secretary Md. Yusuf Ali said that winter blankets will be distributed among 4,000 helpless and distressed people in 12 unions and two municipalities of the upazila on behalf of the state minister's family. Today Lalua, Baliatali, Mithaganj, Dhulasar, Latachapali, Mahipur, Nilganj UP and Kuakata municipality areas have been distributed.
Principal Fatema Akhter Rekha, wife of State Minister for Disaster Management and Relief Principal Mohibbur Rahman, said that our family distributes winter blankets to the helpless and distressed people of the coast every year.
