The distribution of appointments includes 83 officers in Kishoreganj, 63 in Cox's Bazar, 25 in Rajbari, 128 in Kushtia, 34 in Satkhira, 91 in Narayanganj, 145 in Barishal, 63 in Sunamganj, 44 in Netrokona, 56 in Natore, and 20 in Panchagar.
These appointments, made by the law ministry, encompass roles such as government pleaders (GP), additional government pleaders, assistant government pleaders, public prosecutors (PP), additional public prosecutors, and assistant public prosecutors. They will serve in the courts of district and session judges, as well as tribunals and special courts in the designated districts.
Three separate recruitment orders were issued from the solicitor wing of the law ministry on October 24, 29, and 30. Notably, the government also annulled previous appointments of legal officers, officially relieving them of their responsibilities, as stated in the press release.
