EC to hold meeting with law enforcers tomorrow

The Election Commission (EC) will hold a meeting with law enforcers tomorrow to discuss about the law and order in polling stations and constituencies and other relevant issues to ensure a free, fair and participatory election. 


Senior Secretary of the EC Secretariat Akhtar Ahmed informed this to reporters. 

The meeting will begin at 10:30 am tomorrow at the EC Secretariat in city’s Agargaon.

Akhtar Ahmed said, “All organizations involved in law and order such as the army, air force, and navy and other organizations have been invited to the commission secretariat. Discussions will be held with them regarding law and order over the upcoming elections.”

The Chief Election Commissioner will chair the meeting while other election commissioners will attend it, reports BSS.
