Gas supply will remain suspended for 10 hours in several areas of Dhaka on Thursday due to emergency repair work on a gas pipeline, Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Limited said on Wednesday.

According to a notice issued by the company, the supply will remain suspended from 10am to 8pm in Agargaon, western parts of Taltala, Shewrapara, Kazipara and Mirpur-10, as well as Mirpur-1, Paikpara, Kalyanpur, Shyamoli, Mirpur 60 Feet and Pirerbagh.

The suspension will affect residential, commercial and CNG customers in the specified areas.

Titas said customers in adjoining areas may also experience low gas pressure during the repair work.

It expressed regret for the temporary inconvenience caused to its customers, reports UNB.
