Gazipur, 5 March  - A fire broke out at a jhut warehouse in the Ambagh area of Gazipur’s Konabari on Wednesday night.

The blaze broke out around 9:30 pm, said Konabari Modern Fire Service Warehouse Inspector Saiful Islam.

On information, four firefighting units of Konabari Modern and Bhogra Modern Fire Services reached the spot, and fire service personnel were trying to bring the fire under control, he said.

The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage were not immediately known, he added.bss
