Fire Breaks Out at Shahbagh Flower Market

A large fire erupted at the flower market in Shahbagh, Dhaka, on Saturday night.

Five units of the Fire Service and Civil Defense are currently on the scene working to control the blaze, according to Rakibul Islam, the duty officer at the Fire Service and Civil Defense Headquarters.

The fire was first reported at 9:53 PM, and emergency teams are actively trying to contain the situation. The cause of the fire and extent of the damage are yet to be confirmed.
