Bashundhara take on Nasrin SA tomorrow

DHAKA - Holders Bashundhara Kings looking forward to complete their Women’s Football League mission with a winning note as they face Nasrin Sports Academy scheduled to be held tomorrow at Birshreshtha Shaheed Sepoy Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Stadium in the city’s Kamalapur.

The match kicks off at 12 pm, following the day’s other matches of Jamalpur Kacharipara Akados vs Suddopuskorini Jubo Sporting Club (8 am) and Ataur Rahman Bhuiyan College Sporting Club and FC Brahmanbaria (10 am).   

Bashundhara Kings, who are the only unbeaten side of the league so far, have secured 39 points from 13 matches Nasrin Sports Academy have 16 points playing the same number of matches.

The champions and runners-up of the women's football league already decided on Saturday last after Bashundhara kings crushed Jamalpur Kacharipara Akados by a huge margin to retain the league title.

 Ataur Rahman Bhuiyan College Sporting Club has become the runners-up after Bashundhara confirmed their title by winning the match.

 After Bashundhara’s last match of the league, trophies will be given to the champions and runners-up  teams on the ground. Apart from trophies, cash awards will be given to the champions and runners-up team.BSS
