Rangpur post emphatic win

Dhaka, 9 June - Jannati Khatun and Rubiya slammed a double hat-trick each as Rangpur district thrashed Kishorganj district by 9-0 goals in a final round match of the JFA U-12 National Women's Football Championship held Friday at Rajshahi district Stadium in Rajshahi.

Apart from Jannati's hat-trick with four goals in the match, Rubiya also scored hat-trick with three goals while Adori supported them with two goals for Rangpur in the one-sided affairs.

In the day's other match, host Rajshahi district split point with Feni district when their match ended in a 1-1 goal draw also held at the same venue.

In the proceeding, Athoi Akter scored for Rajshahi while Sadia Akter netted for Feni.
