Rahmatganj, Police FC split point in Fed Cup opener

Ghanian forward Ernest Boateng however brought back Rahmatganj in the match scoring the second goal in the 77th minute also from a penalty.



 Rahmatganj Muslim and Friends Society split point with Bangladesh Police Football Club when their match ended in a 2-2 goal draw in their opening group A match of the ABG Bashundhara Federation Cup that has begun at Bir Flight Lieutenant Matiur Rahman Stadium in Munshiganj on Tuesday.

 In the proceeding, forward Sahed Miah put Police FC ahead in 19th minute while Gambian forward Samuel Mensah Konney restored the parity for the traditional old Dhaka outfit Ragmatganj in the 41st minute of the match.

  After the resumption, Bangladesh Police FC took the lead again when their Colombian forward Edis Ibargen Garc¡a scored the second goal converting a spot kick in the 68th minute.

Ghanian forward Ernest Boateng however brought back Rahmatganj in the match scoring the second goal in the 77th minute also from a penalty.

 After that, both the teams their best to took the lead but could not convert any goal in the remaining proceeding.
