Dhaka Wanderers post win in BCL

Dhaka, 29 March-Dhaka Wanderers Club beat Uttara Football Club by 2-1 goals in a match of the ABG Bangladesh Championship League football held at Birshreshtha Shaheed Sepoy Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Stadium in the city's Kamalapur on Friday.

In the day's match, Shohag and Shaon scored one goal each in the 61st and 90+8th minutes respectively for the winners' while Salim netted a lone goal for the losers in the 67th minute from a penalty.

Rakib of Wanderers Club was shown direct red card for his unsporting behavior in the match.

Earlier, in the day's other match, old Dhaka outfit Farashganj Sporting Club split point with Wari Club when their match ended in a tame goalless draw also held at the same venue.
