Sheikh Jamal, Sheikh Russel derby ends in draw

Dhaka, 29 March- Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra split points with Lieutenant Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club when their match ended in a 1-1 goal draw in the second phase of ABG Bangladesh Premier League football that resumed Friday at Sheikh Fazlul Haque Mani Stadium in Gopalganj.

In the day's match, Guinean forward Sekou Sylla put Sheikh Russel ahead in the 23rd minute while after the breather Uzbek defender Shokhrukhbek Kholmatov restored the parity for Sheikh Jamal in the 56th minute converting a spot kick.

With the day's outcome, Sheikh Jamal secured 14 points from ten matches while Sheikh Russel bagged eleven points playing the same number of outings.
