BCL football begins tomorrow

Dhaka, 19 Feb.- The Bashundhara Group Bangladesh Championship

League (BCL) Football, the second tier league of domestic football, begins from tomorrow (Sunday) at Birshreshtha Shaheed Sepoy Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Stadium in the city's Kamalapur with two matches are billed for the opening day.

On the day, NoFeL Sporting Club will take on BFF Elite Football Academy in the day's opening match at 4 pm while Fortis Football Club Limited face Gopalganj Sporting Club that begins at 6.15 pm.

Prior to the league, a sub committee's first regular meeting of BCL under the Professional League Management Committee was held today (Saturday) at board room of Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) Bhaban.

Committee's chairman and BFF's senior vice president Abdus Salam Murshedy, MP, presided over the meeting which discussed regarding the preparation of BCL.

Committee's deputy chairman Abdur Rahim, BFF's general secretary Abu Nayeem Shohag and officials of the participating teams of BCL were present in the meeting.
