Kings face Mohammedan in BPL tomorrow
Dhaka, 5 Dec - Spirited Bashundhara Kings will take on Mohammedan Sporting Club Limited in the big match of Bashundhara Group Bangladesh Premier League Football scheduled to be held Friday at Shaheed Dhirendranath Datta Stadium in Cumilla.
The match kicks off at 2.30 pm.
It’ll be the second meeting between the two sides in the season after newly introduced Bangladesh 2.0 Challenge Cup held at Bashundhara Kings Arena where Kings beat Mohammedan by 3-1 goals to win the inaugural tournament title.
In the second match of BPL fixture, Chittagong Abahani Limited meet Rahmatganj Muslim and Friends Society at Rafiq Uddin Bhuiyan Stadium in Mymensingh at 2.30 pm.
Earlier, Bashundhara Kings thrashed Chittagong Abahani Limited by 7-0 goals while Mohammedan crushed Dhaka Wanderers Club by 6-0 goals in their respective first round matches.
On Saturday next (December 7), Abahani Limited Dhaka will play against Dhaka Wanderers Club at Shaheed Dhirendranath Datta Stadium in Cumilla, Bangladesh Police Football Club meet Fakirerpool Young Men’s Club at Rafiq Uddin Bhuiyan Stadium in Mymensingh and Fortis Football Club take on Brothers Union Club at Bashundhara Kings Arena in the capital.
