Dhaka, 30 Aug- Bangladesh take on India in their ultimate match of the four-nation SAFF U-17 Women's Championship scheduled to be held at Changlimithang Stadium in Thimphu Sunday.

The match kicks off at 3 pm Bangladesh time. Nepal will meet host Bhutan in the second match of the day's fixture at 6 pm at the same venue.

The match against India has become merely a formality because India has won the title of the tournament with one match in hand.

Earlier, Bangladesh made a winning start in the tournament, beating host Bhutan 3-1, but lost to India by 2-0 goals. The girls in red and green, however, returned winning streak by defeating Nepal by 3-0 goals and again 4-1 in the return match.

Bangladesh was largely eliminated from their dream of winning the SAFF Under-17 Women's tournament title after playing a 1-1 draw with Bhutan.
