Russia Arrests Concert Hall Gunmen as Death Toll Rises to 115

The number of people killed in the attack on a Moscow concert hall has risen to 115, Russia's Investigative Committeewhich probes major crimes said Saturday, warning the toll could rise.

"At the moment, it has been established that 115 people are dead. The deathtoll is expected to rise," it said in a statement published on Telegram.
