Discussion-cum-memorial meet on Moulana Bhasani in NY Nov 20

A special discussion cum memorial meeting on the occasion of the 46th death anniversary of Moulana Abdul Hamid Khan Bhashani will be held at the Kabab king 1st floor at Jacson Heights on 20 November at 4 pm. The programme has been arranged by the Moulana Bhasani Foundation USA.

Let all of us irrespective of party affiiations pay respect to the great man, the dreamer of independence, the chair of the student-people joint committee of the 1952 Language movement, the man who laid the foundation stone of the first Shaheed Minar, the founder president of Awami League, leader of the movement against line system (1930-32), the fiery leader of the 1969 movement, and the man who presided over thefirst meeting held during the War of Liberation (in the presene of Tajuddin Ahmed). 

An initiative has been taken to bring our a booklet to mark the occasion.
