Dhaka, Sept 15 --With the efforts of the infertility experts of Dhaka Medical College Hospital,  a test-tube baby was born for the first time in Bangladesh under government management in the hospital recently.

A team of experts led by Dr.  Fatema, Professor of Gynecology at Dhaka Medical College Hospital made it possible, Brig. Gen. Md. Nazmul Haque, director of the hospital said on Thursday.

The hospital authorities congratulated the test tube baby's parents and everyone involved in this challenging endeavour.
