Dr Yunus to Lecture at Peking University, Receive Honorary Degree

Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus is set to deliver a distinguished lecture at Peking University (PKU) tomorrow. The lecture, part of a special programme at PKU, will begin at 10 AM, according to Abdul Kalam Azad Majumder, Deputy Press Secretary to the Chief Adviser, speaking to BSS.


In addition to the lecture, PKU will honor Professor Yunus with an honorary doctorate for his significant contributions to global development and social entrepreneurship.

After the event, Professor Yunus is expected to return to Bangladesh later the same day.
