Metro rail’s Uttara-Agargaon portion to be opened in December

he metro rail (from Uttara to Agargaon) will be opened for use in December .



Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader has said that 94 percent work of the metro rail project has been completed. The metro rail (from Uttara to Agargaon) will be opened for use in December while the remaining portion (up to Motijheel) will be inaugurated before December in next year.

He said this while addressing a dialogue organized by Bangladesh Secretariat Reporters Forum (BSRF) in the secretariat on Wednesday (September 7).
