UNHCR, the UN refugee agency, has stopped providing food assistance to 23 Rohingya persons of four families.



UNHCR, the UN refugee agency, has stopped providing food assistance to 23 Rohingya persons of four families.
 Refugee Relief and Repatriation Commissioner (RRRC) Md Mizanur Rahman confirmed the news on Monday.
“These four families have agreed to the pilot repatriation project. There are 23 members in four families. Their food has been stopped since Monday morning. But the reasons have not been disclosed by UNHCR. This matter is being discussed. These Rohingyas are being given food assistance in an alternative system”, he said.
