Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) has taken the initiative to bring back 29 Bangladeshis, who served different jail terms in Myanmar.



Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) has taken the initiative to bring back 29 Bangladeshis, who served different jail  terms in Myanmar.
As their jail terms have ended, they are scheduled to be handed over after a flag meeting between Teknaf 2 BGB and Myanmar no 1 Border Guard Police branch in Maungdaw on Tuesday (October 3) morning.
Teknaf-2 BGB deputy commander Maj Masud Rana said, "The jail terms of 29 Bangladeshi citizens, who were arrested by the Myanmar Border Guard Police (BGP) and the Navy at different times, have ended. They will be brought back to the country on Tuesday."
The Bangladeshis will be brought back through a commander level flag meeting in Maungdaw in the morning, he added.
