Army chief holding talks on formation of national govt

Bangladesh Army Chief General Waker-Uz-Zaman is holding talks with political parties on formation of national government.

He is also set to address the nation after the conclusion of the meeting, said a press release sent by Inter Services Public Relation Directorate (ISPR) today (5 August).

Earlier, Army Chief General Waker-Uz-Zaman was about to address the nation at 2pm, which was later postponed till 3pm.

The army chief has urged the countrymen to keep patience till then.
