The government has invited opinions from all stakeholders involved in the July mass uprising regarding the July proclamation.

"In line with the next steps outlined during the all-party dialogue on the July proclamation held on Thursday, feedback is being sought from political parties and participants of the uprising," stated the Chief Adviser's Press Wing in a release today.

Stakeholders have been requested to submit their views by sending letters to Mahfuj Alam, Adviser at the Chief Adviser's Office (CAO), Tejgaon, Dhaka.

The deadline for submissions is January 23.

Following a review of the submitted opinions, a revised and broadly acceptable proclamation will be drafted and announced publicly, the statement added.
