DNCC Project Info Online to Ensure Transparency: Azaz

Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) Administrator Mohammad Azaz today announced that comprehensive information on all DNCC development projects will be made publicly available on the corporation’s official website, aiming to promote transparency and accountability.

Speaking as the chief guest at the inauguration and public hearing for the construction of key infrastructure in Ward No. 14, Azaz emphasized the importance of public access to project details.

"Project information, including budget allocation, start and completion dates, and materials used for roads and drainage systems, will be published on the DNCC website," he said. "Citizens have the right to know how public funds are being utilized."

The event marked the beginning of the construction of four kilometers of roads, five kilometers of sewer lines, and 1.5 kilometers of footpaths in Paschim Shewrapara, Paschim Kazipara, and Senpara Parbata.

Also present at the event were DNCC Additional Chief Engineer Mohammad Arifur Rahman, Regional Executive Officer of Region-4 Mohammad Jalal Uddin, Superintendent Engineer Khandaker Mahabub Alam, and Dhaka Metropolitan North BNP Convener Aminul Haque, among others.
