
Dhaka, 20 Aug - The Bangladesh national hockey team has resumed its training camp after a brief four-day break at Maulana Bhashani Hockey Stadium ahead of the upcoming Asian Games.
Team’s assistant coach Imran Hasan Pintu said the four-day break helped the players recover from the fatigue of their prolonged training programme.
He said the rest allowed the players to refresh mentally and completely overcome their physical fatigue. The team, having returned to camp with renewed energy, now appears much more motivated.
The players are currently undergoing rigorous training twice a day. Special training sessions are being conducted every morning and afternoon with the aim of improving their fitness and skills. The primary objective of the intensive camp is to achieve a positive result for the country at the Asian Games.BSS
