National hockey team to play 6 preparation matches in China

Dhaka, 1 Sept  - Bangladesh National Hockey Team will travel to China for their final preparations for the upcoming Asian Games, where they will play a total of six preparation matches to fine-tune their strengths ahead of the tournament.

The hockey team will depart here for China tomorrow (Wednesday) night on a China Southern Airlines flight bound for Beijing Daxing International  Airport. The team is scheduled to arrive in Beijing on September 3 morning.

According to the Bangladesh Hockey Federation, the six preparation matches will play a crucial role in helping the players address their performance deficiencies and finalise their tactics before taking the field at a major international event like the Asian Games.BSS
