Women’s hockey players report for camp tomorrow
DHAKA - Forty five women’s hockey players will report tomorrow at Moulana Bhasani National Hockey Stadium ahead of the training camp which will begin from Wednesday (July 18), said a Bangladesh Hockey Federation (BHF) press release today.
After reporting, all the selected players will go through a mandatory COVID-19 test prior to the training camp.
Organised by the BHF development committee, the week-long camp will continue till August 25.
After the training camp, the women’s hockey tournament will be held from August 26 to September 1 at the same venue.
Two teams -- Mahmud Ur Rahman Momin Ekadosh and Shamsul Bari Ekadosh -- will compete in the tournament.
In this regard, a press conference was held at the BHF conference room to provide all the details of the meet.BSS
