Navy clinch V-Day Kabaddi title

DHAKA- Bangladesh Navy Kabaddi team clinched the title
of Victory Day Kabaddi competition beating Bangladesh Army Kabaddi team by
50-28 points in the final held today (Sunday) at national kabaddi stadium in
the city.

   AKM Mozammel Haque, MP, Minister of Liberation War Affairs, was the chief
guest and distributed the prizes after the final match. Bangladesh Kabaddi
Federation (BKF) general secretary and Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of
Bangladesh Police (Dhaka range) Habibur Rahman was also present in the prize distribution ceremony.

Earlier, on way to the final held Saturday last, Bangladesh Army beat DMP Kabaddi Club by 43-28 points in the first semifinal while Bangladesh Navy defeated Bangladesh Air Force by 33-23 points in the second semis. BSS
