Inter-Shaheen Hokey Competition-2024 ends
Dhaka, 07 Nov - The closing and prize distribution ceremony of ‘Inter-Shaheen Hockey
Competition-2024’ was held at Hockey Turf of BAF Shaheen College here today.
Beginning on November 3, the hockey competition, under the auspices of BAF Shaheen English Medium College (SEMC), was concluded today, said a release of Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR) here this evening.
Air Officer Commanding of BAF Base Bashar and BAF SEMC Governing Body Chairman, Air Vice Marshal Mohammed Khair Ul Afsar witnessed the final match as the chief guest. He also distributed prizes among the winners.
BAF Shaheen College, Dhaka clinched the victory over BAF Shaheen College Kurmitola by defeating 6-2 goals in the final match, the release added.
Md Abdul Kader Zilani of BAF Shaheen College, Dhaka was adjudged as the best player and Maruf Hasan Dipu of BAF Shaheen College, Kurmitola was the best top scorer of the competition.
Senior BAF officers, teachers, staffs and students of the different Shaheen colleges were present on the occasion.
