BOA to organise seminar Thursday

Dhaka, 9 Sept- A seminar highlighting the importance of fitness will be organized by Bangladesh Olympic Association (BOA) at Manohar High School in Rangpur on Sept 11.

The seminar will be funded by the Commonwealth Games Federation, under the Game Changers Grant Programme, said a BOA press release. 

The seminar will discuss the important role of both mental and physical health, for living a balanced and successful life. 

At the same time, the seminar will focus on topics necessary for improving students' academic performance and personal well-being. 

At the end of the seminar, various traditional folk games will be organized with the participation of students.

Commissioner of Rangpur Division, Md. Shahidul Islam NDC will be present as the chief guest in the programme. The Director General of BOA, Brigadier General (retd.) ABM Shefaul Kabir will also be present at the event.BSS
