Police on Wednesday recovered the throat-slit body of a woman in Sonaimuri upazila of Noakhal.



Police on Wednesday recovered the throat-slit body of a woman in Sonaimuri upazila of Noakhali district.
The deceased was identified as Jannatul Ferdous Pakhi, 32, daughter of Mohin Uddin, a resident of Pitamborpur village in the upazila.
Locals spotted the body in a beal next to her house around 12 noon and , later, informed police.
On information, police recovered the body, said Sonaimuri Police Station inspector ( investigation) Kazi Mohammad Sultan Ahmed.
