Police recovered the hanging body of a woman at Banaripara upazila in Barishal district on Thursday.
Police recovered the hanging body of a woman at Banaripara upazila in Barishal district on Thursday.
The deceased was Jahanara Begum, 55, hailed from Nesarabad upazila in Pirojpur district.
Police said locals spotted the body of a woman hanging from a mango tree on the bank of a pond at Dharalia village and informed police.
On information, police recovered the body.
Banaripara Police Station inspector Md Momin Uddin confirmed the matter.
