AL, BNP to hold rallies in Dhaka Monday

Ruling Awami League (AL) and opposition BNP holds rallies in the capital on Monday .



Ruling Awami League (AL) and opposition BNP holds rallies in the capital on Monday (October 9).

Demanding Chairperson Khaleda Zia's advanced  treatment, the party will hold rally in front of its Nayapaltan office at 2pm. Dhaka Metropolitan South and North BNP will organise the programme.

BNP Secretary General Fakhrul Islam and other senior leaders will present at the rally.

Meanwhile, Awami League will hold peace rally at 3pm in the city's Gabtoli area.

General Secretary of the party Obaidul Quader is scheduled to attend the rally.
