The government today released a documentary titled “Trial of July Massacre”, portraying the killings that occurred during the July 2024 Uprising under the then Awami League government.

According to the Chief Adviser’s Press Wing, the 21-minute 59-second documentary was released this evening with the message: “Bangladesh is united in ensuring justice for one of the most heinous killings in world history.”

Produced under the supervision of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs, the documentary seeks to highlight the events surrounding the uprising and the ongoing efforts to bring those responsible to justice, the Press Wing said.
