Oyster Mushroom Pakora
Ingredients:
# Oyster mushroom 250 gm
# All-purpose flour 100 gm
# Corn flour 25 gm
# Black pepper powder 2 gm
# Paprika powder 2 gm
# Ginger paste 2 gm
# Salt to taste
# Oil for frying
Method:
In a bowl add all the ingredients together except mushroom and oil. Add 100 ml water in the mixed ingredients and make a batter. In a pot heat the oil in medium flame. Coat the mushroom in the batter. Fry them until it gets golden. Serve it with sauce and salad.
