Gas supply will remain suspended in different areas of the capital from 10am to 5pm on Thursday due to gas pipeline replacement works.

Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Limited through a notice informed that gas supply will be halted for seven hours in Moghbazar-Mouchak-Malibagh Railway gate area and areas to the rail line's north -- Noyatola, Gabtola, Greenway, Peyarabag, Modhubag, TnT colony, Jahanbox Lane and Meerbag.
It said consumers in adjoining areas may experience low pressure in gas supply.
Titas has also expressed regret for the inconvenience.
