Dhaka, August 2022 - Conveniently located in Dhaka’s business and diplomatic district, Amari Dhaka announces the appointment of Mr. Shakil Jawad as Director, Sales and Marketing. Mr. Shakil started his career in 2005 from Hotel De Lake Castle as Manager, Sales and Marketing. Nearly 17 years of his career he was appointed in various different positions in Hotel Industry including Amari Dhaka as Associate Director, Sales “Marketing. Mr. Shakil was also one of the members of the pre-opening team, where he was essential in growing consumers and business partnerships.

Mr. Shakil Jawad said, “I am thrilled to re-join the enthusiastic and committed team at Amari Dhaka.  Working with a top-notch marketing, sales, and PR staff that specializes in each area will be exciting for me.

A seasoned Sales and Marketing professional, Mr. Shakil will add value to Amari Dhaka with his business education and professional expertise.

In 2018 Mr. Shakil chose the opportunity over of being General Manger in Hotel Bengal Blueberry and worked there till 31 July 2022. Mr. Shakil is skillful personnel in hotel industry with almost 17 years of experience. The pandemic era is one of the most challenging times for any hotelier. During this time, the majority of significant organizations were struggling to survive, yet Mr. Jawad persevered, and stuck with his team to overcome every challenge that ever arose. – Press release
